Students are a primary focus of Campus & Community Ministries. Presently, CMDA has representation on over 80% of all medical and dental campuses. Several affiliate student ministries cover several campuses and year to year there are always a few student leadership teams without local staff that fail to pass the leadership baton, letting it fall to the ground – requiring personal attention from the regional director to try to resurrect the student group through the interest of incoming students.

Our field staff assists students with mission scholarships, resources, networking, leadership training, and evangelism training, among many other things.

 

Each spring, seven to ten leadership conferences are held throughout the country, training the next year’s campus leaders. Annually, a student track is held in conjunction with the CMDA National Convention.
